SK gear in fear is more scarce than necro, their certainly is not 30 "knights" the majority of the amygladans are warriors which cannot drop sk armor.
Your numbers on hate mobs are way off as well, I'd say max their is 12 clerics when zone is full pop, it may vary 10-15 range. No mob drops their class specific armor all that often, you have good clears and bad clears. The more you do, the more you get.
