Yes, I see women as equals and not better or lesser than men, I must have some serious issues. Thank you Dr. Alawen. Also, none of the traits you listed about me were actually expressed in this thread, but thanks for playing along I guess.
I also have no "inner frustration" towards women, just sharing some personal experiences. I've seen both men and women succeed when they were completely unqualified, it happens every day. It just happens more frequently with women for the same reason that minorities or people with disabilities may have an edge over Caucasian men in school and job applications.
It also really depends on what level of a career you're at. Most top-level executives? Men. But I challenge you to go into whatever local retail store / supermarket / restaurant / low-end job-filled place and count the number of female employees and compare it to the number of male employees.

That and they have tits and are decent to look at (not to mention, if you can promote a decent looking blonde with a nice rack, there is a slight chance she might repay the favor... unless she actually thinks she is smart and earned her position)
