Default Innkeep Dolman in East Commons Inventory is Whack
On P99, Innkeep Dolman at /loc 1027, 3681 in East Commons is stocking some stuff for jewel craft and smithing in addition to his general goods, but I'm pretty sure he shouldn't have this stuff.
