most servers you should be able to just login without any problems. If you have the EQ emu patcher, you might be able to access a couple more custom ones. check the serverlist to see what client its using (most are titanium client, just like p1999)
If you're looking for a server to have GM access, the Sandbox isn't bad, you just don't have access to some of the better GM commands (like instant kill, instant zone teleport, instant AA's, among a few others)
On a side not, if anyone knows of a server on here with full access GM commands, I'd be interested in it. I know I can host my own server or something, but I stay stoned 24/7 so I avoid even the slightest technical situations.
