Checked it again this morning while I was on for a bit.
The zone in from N. qeynos worked properly. As did the zone out by the evil guild into arena.
One problem with zone out was that twice it put me back into q. catacombs (in right spot) without me even having my hands on the keys. 3rd time everything worked properly though.
