I don't really know what this thread is about, so I'm just trolling here.
So, I'm offering a free bump to deal with this nonsensical post. '<>' is an semi-common inequality operator, similar to '!=' (which is more common). Calling someone 'terrible at math' for using it makes you look ignorant.
