The mainstream path of progression follows pretty much a set path as far as dungeons go. Unrest, MM, lguk or sol b, then the normal 50+ kunark dungeons. However people do go other places like CB, oasis still gets alot of love, lake of ill omen you can usually find a ledge group or people to make one. there are a few other hot spots but i can't think of em atm.
