Unless things have changed, account transactions are conducted at your own risk. Bob is gone for now, and I am on a sporadic play schedule, but I still arrange to conduct escrow at certain times via pm. Tricky sounds legit to me as well. I don't know him personally, but if Zeelot and Loly trust him (he is in TMO) then he's alright in my books
