"I am Rogean" in /ooc should not be a bannable offense if we had been talking shit for 5 mins prior in /ooc especially. Its pretty logical.
Maybe if I said I was GM Rogean or I was gonna do some type of action to you then Yeah, I could see a ban for that. My name could be Rogean in real life for anyone knows.
