You're using the rain spell instead of the quad AE spell. The quad spells all have lightning in the name, I think, for druids.

Edit - Lightning strike (34) and Lightning Blast (49) and then Fist of Karana (58)

That must be it gonna have another go at it, never got that 34 spell
