Again, not to burst your bubble, but Greenmist, Whistling Fists (and the shackle upgrade), Skyiron Cudgel, etc. were not put in the game until one of the early patches in 2002 (aka Luclin). From my understanding, we will never see Luclin on P99.
Go do the Garzicor quest until then.
