Along with these, the pvp +50% on resist debuffs should be added. so lvl 57 tash removes 60 instead of 40 and lvl 60 malo removes like 90.

Agreed, that's what I was using in my response to Sam earlier. I thought +50% to debuff was in here already is it not?
