If you are claiming that either of those screenshots are from our first attempt, Modus, then you are guilty of causing the problem, as established by the precedent of our rogue watching you wipe on Innoruuk and subsequently being used as your reason for why you should have a second attempt.
Now if you want to know what really happened, here it is. I was at the first fight on Alawen. This was the first spawn of the buffed Vox. In the interest of keeping things exciting for other guilds, I won't explain the buffs, but suffice to say that she was tough enough to fight a substantial IB force until we ran out of mana and wiped. At the point we wiped, no other force was in zone.
I had played my druid because he was already in Permafrost. After the wipe, I switched to Daire and began running. We rezed, but someone had charmed something during the fight--I think it was a tentacle add--and started a faction war. Vox was beating down on it and then complete healing it. Apparently she feared it all over and into adds while we were recovering.
So here we are, back at raid force and buffed, but Vox has feared something through the geometry and under the world. Eventually we managed to kill everything she was fighting and complete healing, but by this point about another half hour had passed, giving Dark Ascension time to gather in zone. We were trying to pull her out of the wall with no success. First our tanks were summoned and died, then our clerics. We started to camp at this point, and a small handful made it out.
There was no grand exploit unless you consider a wipe followed by a trapped mob and players getting summoned under the world a desirable outcome.
This is the point where Secrets showed up and took control of the situation. Any argument you have with the outcome of that event is a blatant showing of disrespect for the judgement calls of the staff.
Regardless of what attempt that was Modus, it has been established that members of opposing forces do not belong in another guild's camp during a boss fight. Why were you breaking the rules?
