I just killed Basher Razbaz in Grobb and got the following faction hits:
DaBashers
GrobbMerchants
BrokenSkullClan

I don't know why I'm getting hits with the merchants for killing a guard.
I also had the same faction hits with another guard so it might be with all of them.
