Heres what I would propose for a rotation
Trakanon:
Open race
BDA gets 10 minute head start
Any guild but TMO/BDA get a 20 minute head start

VS:
Open race
Open race
Any guild but TMO/BDA get a 20 minute head start
-repeat-
Cazic Thule:
Open race
BDA gets 15 minute head start
Any guild but TMO/BDA get a 30 minute head start
-repeat-
Innoruuk
Open race
BDA gets 10 minute head start
Any guild but TMO/BDA get a 20 minute head start
All other targets are open race every spawn

I'm okay with this, but in the interest of fairness, I would like to see things carved out specifically for TMO as well. You all should get some easy kills (ya ya, they're all easy, blah blah. I'm just saying: let's make it fair to all parties). Also, the head start timer should be flat for all guilds. That would encourage progression of each guild with an even expectation for all.
