Windows will not load...
Was wondering if any computer person could help me out please. When I turn on my computer windows only partially loads. Half the shortcuts load then I can't do anything else. When I load it up in safe-mode everything works perfect. I ran virus scans (malwarebytes, avast). Nothing came up. Anyone have ideas how to fix this problem besides reinstalling windows?
