Back on Live I probably erased a dozen characters and distinctly recall breaking a set of install discs. Shortly before buying new discs and making new toons. All in the effort to get off the game. It was truly addicting.

Sold my account on live at the end of PoP, washed my hands of the game completely.
Then about 8 months later...decided I'd buy EQ Gold or whatever it was at the time that had all the expansions up to PoP/LoY and had another go

Did the same here. Quit my Troll SK, had levelled a mid-30s cleric and 31 enchanter. Sold it off, took the plat thinking I wouldn't be bothered with P99 again.
