I sweet-talked my dear Null into changing it some months back but I think its about ~90% resist rate for 120 MR? Maybe 85%. Live it was 95%'ish though so thats where the difference is.
It is actually a big difference though.
1/10 roots landing == gonna get spammed in every team fight
1/20 roots landing == not so much, unless tash/malo are on
