I think the whole server hope that they are. Server needs more than one raiding guild !

Hard to find new members to raid with when 85% of the players get bored and quit cause of the slow exp. Many are not prepared to invest 2 months in order to start "playing the game".
Increase the experience 1-50 and there will be more people making it to the raiding phase.
