your forgetting the damage it does... cant even count the number of root kills ive gotten.. If resists havent changed since I quit... the resists rates for both should be the same.. but the extra damage is worth more than the mana save imo.. plus the faster cast > any argument.
Another point... If MR resists havent changed since i quit... pumice then CC... not other way around...
