Go cleric. You'll have the start of a solid group already, and can duo undead stuff if you really need to duo. SK/Dru and SK/Shm get worse in later levels in comparison and you'd still need to find a cleric to get a group going most of the time.

Cleric is not a bad choice if you plan to start full groups often.
