Well i'll give you a very good example from just last night and everyone who was on can testify.
Pastor, obnoxious ooc troll spamming it with all kinds of garbage BUT he was also calling out pvp-type info in /ooc often. Like "so and so is CRing in WC" or "so and so just zoned into zone Z". He did this several times, so those that ignored him (maybe some of those he called out) would have no clue that they just got called out by him in ooc till the gank squad arrived.
Thats just one example, and its fresh from just last night /ooc.
