Sorry friend. Answer seems obvious. Note how Bigol says "Is that your friend?" I'm not gonna get into the whole detective thing, but I highly doubt its anything sophisticated. And I don't think this is some giant mastermind plot for Bigol to ruin ONE persons name for unknown reasons.
I believe Bigol was there either helping, or with someone else (that is why he said that in party chat). Had Hookrs been in zone before Bigol, why would he be so surprised that Hookrs attacks the ac?
Furthermore: Notice Bigol has the FIRST hit on AC (as AC has aggro on Bigol) More importantly, notice that Hookrs does not cast well into the battle for multiple combat rounds (shown by both cd/recast of entangling roots as well as AC auto attack round time).
Could Hookrs have been afk? Yes, but again, I stick with my theory that neither Bigol nor the unknown group member would have commented HAD HOOKRS JUST BEEN AFK. (Bigol has been known to hold spawned ACs for people who are afk, me as well as multiple other people can testify to this fact I am sure, though this is anecdotal evidence at best.)
My last point is this; Even if Hookrs WAS there and merely afk, this also by default, is grounds for losing the right to a camp. As you can read in server rules, afk camping = kicked if caught, and more importantly you lose your camp if you are afk (and there is just evidence to prove it).
So either
A. Your friend is a kser (aka douche aka illegal because camp claim rules)
or
B. Bigol LEGITLY took Hookrs' camp. (which is douchey, but still legit. Highly doubt this is what happened though.)
In either scenario, Bigol or his group mate is the rightful owner of the AC ring.
