IMO unless you have incontrovertible video evidence of the actual Hookrs' in real life pressing the corresponding nuke button and acknowledging in some way that he intentionally and deliberately KS'd, followed by in-game fraps of him looting said AC, it is not worthy of RnF. Burden of proof is high, this is srs stuff.
