Sisters camp in lfaydark provided all of the funding and then some from level 12-16. As long as it isn't camped its good money and fairly good exp depending on how well you can kill them. I started from ground zero here and it was tough at low levels, but i have such a sense of accomplishment now knowing i didn't get any hand outs or ever ask anyone for anything and my gear is plenty good enough.
Its all about learning the game and finding the best spots to level and farm stuff. I have made a ton more money on p99 than i did on live <50. As a caster, gear isn't as important as it is with melee characters.
