I just ran around WW until I saw one wandering. Killed it. Didn't have the choppers drop I needed. Waited where I was for a few mins, and another one spawned. Third time was the charm. You just need to be in the right spot. I was if I recall correctly, within sight of the NE corner of the giants fort.
