Good try, but I know TMO heard about that open Draco. Acting as if they didn't now is, again, being dishonest. On the other hand, we didn't get our hopes high, we knew it would probably turn out like this, and when it did, it was more like "oh, told you".

I bet TMO knew about it sure, but why would you assume they would go along with it when no one asked them about it? Because BDA was giving it up? Come on now. Maybe someone should have sent a tell to a TMO officer to confirm and work something out, you never know how that would have turned out.
