BDA never said TMO agreed. TMO was suspended from interracting with that Draco, but then it was repealed. BDA was giving it up to the casuals since we knew TMO / enraptured couldnt touch it. Cuz were nice. But after the repeal, we figured we would still let the casuals go for it since we said they could. TMO was never invited to the conversation.
