It generally says nothing about the character of a person by what class they play. The only thing it says about someone is what style of play they enjoy.

Without speaking to someone's actual character as a person, I find this to be true.
Although it used to surprise me to find how much in game character reflected them in real life. I used to think the same, a druid is some ditz or a guy posing, but the best druids I knew, Carran, Troe, Beenno, were all guys. And the day Loevon told me a female erudite was asking him for 50k saying he was my brother when it actually was... blew all preconceived notions out of the water.
