I think these instances differ due to the fact that the camps are basically right next to each other. On the 7/19 encounter BDA was on west wall and TMO was east of the portal, basically separated by the portal hill. Those are markedly different camps imo as opposed to two guilds sitting on west wall only a few feet from each other.
These instances differ because TMO did not pull Draco off you on July 15, even though based on the reasoning provided in this thread by BDA officers, TMO would have been well within our right to do so.

They also differ because TMO did not take the server law into its own hands like BDA did on July 19 wherein BDA assumed TMO was kiting and KS'd Draco even though TMO had FTE.

Strangely enough neither of the fraps your guild members presented show where the TMO camp was situated.

The spirit of the ambrotos rule was to avoid the kiting of mobs indefinitely which trivializes raid content (I guess even more so since they're already pretty easy as is) and usually creates "accidents" when guilds are competing for targets. The specific portion of that rule said that you can pull targets, but only a short distance.
So because you eventually wiped to the train of mobs that was being kited and ping-ponged on July 15, that was okay because it did not trivialize the content? All those BDA mobs on July 15 indeed caused accidents as evidenced by the fraps I posted.

I'll ask again. Based on previous logic of BDA officers in this thread would not TMO have been right to kill the July 15 Draco? Did not BDA kite mobs before and after Draco on July 15? Did not BDA lose control of said mobs after Draco on July 15? Did not BDA break Ambrotos' ruling about kiting and uncontrolled mobs? Did not BDA break the spirit of Ambrotos' ruling by getting other people killed due to BDA's uncontrolled mobs and trains on July 15?

It shouldn't be a prerequisite to have a permanent cameraman running gigs and gigs of fraps to raid on this server. It's patently absurd, but that's an entirely different conversation.
You should most definitely have at least a couple people running fraps on any raid, whether you think an incident will occur or not. It helps you grow as a player/guild to perfect strategies, placement, timings, and routes, among other things, such as bug reports and petitions.
