Anyone who Harasses, Intimidates, Threatens , Molests and so on- Any Person or Organization (Persons)- of a protected status (Religion,Churches,Race,Nationality)etc is Guilty of a Hate Crime. Sadly it is VERY EZ to be convicted on this statute. I've seen it-read it and many ways people are in jail or were jailed with that Felony on their record. You KNOW DAM WELL
your harassing them by sending them GAY PRON - so dont act all innocent. Chances are people have already been convicted for doing exactly that.
