Default Charm unusable after patch.
Necro and Enchanter charm (tested on bloodthirsty ghouls in lower guk) is lasting 1-2 ticks tops. I tried to charm one 6-7 times on my necro with charm lasting 1-2 ticks, same with enchanter I was with. Other necros in zone reporting same issue.
