1-4: any noob area
5-12/13: Blackburrow, turn in gnoll fangs in Qeynos
12-21: Unrest
(Optional) 18-22: Upper guk
-Scryer area, warden, or lguk zoneline
21-38: Mistmoore
-Pond 21-27
-GY/Pit 27-30
-CE 30-38
-Cy 36-40 (Optional, preferable)
38-48: Soldungb
45-50: City of Mist
In general City of Mist is only going to be better exp than Solb when all of the kobolds in Solb con lb or green. Stuff in City of Mist has way, way too much hp and the ZEM is lackluster. Kobolds are squishy.
