Spec's are really good 40-48. You can do the Feerott ones too but its not as easy. And, if you do Oasis you can make a good chunk of change selling scythes to the vendor.
After that I liked Dreadlands until 55 or so. There are various mobs to do there and spiders to avoid, but alot of running and medding room.
After that raptors for sure, until you are 60. They suck at 59-60, but you have no other choice.
I did some BW kiting (gorillas, apes, bees, skeletons) but I died alot... too many trees for quading.
