The only maps of such zones really only exist if generated by players who put them online. I can recall the joy of finding some truly high quality maps which someone put a lot of care into creating. I think the person's name was Questor or that was his site's name? I did a few quick searches and found the original site in the Internet Archives. You can go there via

There's also a book which was put out that you can pick up used and cheap on Amazon..
