  6. Verant strikes again. Upon giving the bottle to Slansin, you will now receive negative factions with HighConcilofErudin and HighGardofErudin. The latter is not very healthy since there is usually a gard next to Slansin.

Not nerfed, you just had the wrong Slansin. There are two different Slansin's, one is the "real" one (a merchant in plain clothes), the other is thebandit (dressed much like Toresian)
The bandit one is the one that gives the plus faction to the "bad guards"


(apparently that guy hand potion to real slansin, but ya it is still working at 2001 as well )
