It will still resist on belly casters if cast from out of melee range, and it will resist on mobs that are 100% MR (and possibly all raid mobs.. are Vox and Naggy supposed to be 100% MR? I know they aren't on p99, but should they be?)

Fire giant wizard resisted this at 51. Several mobs that 'cast' something end up not being tappable. Truly unless you're going to a heavy caster dungeon this isn't overly useful.

The fire giant wizard resisted because you weren"t in melee range. The only mob I have had resist this spell is Lady Vox.

This spell does stack with clarity, as it is not an affect but an instant drain like any life tap. Also as far as resistability goes, the only time I"ve seen it be resisted was on a spite golem in hate. (which is 100% MR anyway) I think unless the mob is garunteed a resist no matter what, this spell will work.
