Bard, CHA, and PvP
Hmm hopefully I word this right to make sense. So when I am Mezzing a mob both MY CHA and the mobs MR come into play. My question is does it work the same for players in pvp? The reason I ask is because I can't think of another spell/skill that depends on a player stat and a players MR to land. So if a player has 100MR, how much more of a chance do I have to land a bard mez them with 200 CHA instead of say, 140 CHA? Also I've read if your CHA is higher than your dex then it will be checked to whether you miss a note or not instead of dex. I'll continue googling but since P99 works differently in the resist department than classic, I figured I should ask here.
