Trans (the guild) has one, im not sure who has it right now. Its the only one on the server that i know of. Why would you want one? Its the lower lvl pet haste buff. The only cool thing about it is plate helm look.

Yeah the plate look is cool. I probably would buy this but not for some outrageous price since, come kunark, any necro can have plate helm look with much better stats.
