I've grouped with "Ulwyn" and others from Asgard. That guild is filled with tools. Specifically the players "College" and "Vowel".
I was only in their guild for a few days, but that was enough time to know what really goes on. For instance, we went to Lower Guk and "A Shimmering Orb" dropped. We rolled for the item. I won with a roll of 96 so I looted the item. Vowel instantly became a sore loser and cried to his boyfriend, College.
30 minutes later, College sends me a tell requiring me to give the item to Vowel. I explained the situation and nobody else in our group/guild would help defend me (including Ulwyn, who was present during this dilemma). Since I am new to the server and want to maintain a positive reputation, I reluctantly gave the item to Vowel and removed myself from the guild Asgard. College proceeded to send me hate tells for several minutes until I finally put him on ignore.
Based on these actions, I would say "Ulwyn" and others in Asgard are definitely ninja looting items -- or at least lying about what really happened.
