You should be able to solo to level 10 with any class. At this point if you really suck and cant solo more, you have access to OOC global chat.
If you dont find anyone there, and you really really suck too bad to solo blues; /quit the game and make a forum post saying your LFGness and when you are available to play.
It is important not to advertise how much you suck in this post, as it will deter other players from grouping with you.

Good advice from a fellow new player who recently started ^^
I handed out some items and buffs to another new player just yesterday. Don't let the forum trolls give you the wrong impression, they are just very mad they lost their grief war.
