Silverwing will gate to pools so be sure to use any means possible to counter gate.
Hoshkar gates to the lair just up the ramp and to the left.
Option 2: This option is far safer as he can't gate but much more difficult to setup.

couldn't find anything about pd's door being locked other than a dude saying it was and he had to use racnars to get it open in 2004.
Druushk also supposed to have Maelstrom on his loot table if he doesn't already (wiki doesn't list it):

nexona's ae seemed bugged as well. a few nights back when i was maxing out fr for her (around 450ish) i was resisting almost every ae, but sometimes even when i resisted it i would take a huge amount of damage. to open one fight, i had rune 5 and manasink up, yet even after i resisted the ae as the pull was being brought in, i took 1k dmg to my health bar and the stacked runes were completely ignored. it wasn't a harmtouch that hit me as that most certainly would've done more damage than that (and realistically it would've killed me).
