You either have to get it in kael arena or temple of veeshan. With a lvl 60 cap those aren't groupable areas. It takes a raid force to get those drops. It isn't like kunark where you can afk exp in karnors and get your class armor.

wrong u can trigger plate cycle or just kill bank area with 1 grp.
or if any guild is cleaning pog u can ask for roots.
