I've been on red69, and from what I've heard people just don't want the classic XP rate. Even right now people are complaining that there's some sort of XP nerf that's making it feel like p99's rate.

There's no way anyone will return to r99 with a low XP rate. It's not gonna happen. It's not what people want.
