Default Crashing to desktop when dying
This has been happening for a long, long time, but I searched and couldn't find any previous bugs reported, so maybe devs just don't know.

I'm bound in FV, and about 85% of the time when I die, EQ will crash. When we're raiding and have a wipe, the vast majority of players crash.
