I really don't know where to turn and / or post so I figured here is as good as any especially considering there's been quite a few threads I've seen concerning this topic.

Are IP exemptions being given out anymore?

I have not petitioned nor bumped my post that asks for one in the appropriate sub forum.


I am well aware that it takes time for whoever does it to get around to processing it. I've been patient. It's been four weeks since I've asked.
