If you're looking for a nice delay / dmg ratio weapon, go for a
Dragoon Dirk or a
Shark Tooth, or a
Staff of Writhing for around 50pp. My preference would go to the Dragoon Dirk as you'll use it for resists in range slot for a long time.
If you want level 1 proc weapons, you can get a
Crookstinger (poison dot proc) or
Ice Crystal Staff (around 15 DD iirc) for around 50pp too.
If you have more pp (around 200), go for a
Dagger of Frost. The ratio is more than correct, it procs a 38 DD at level 20 and adds a nice +3 Int.
