It's like don't ask, don't tell unless you want to be banned by overzealous individuals.
The problem now is that even if the person who did the banning actually investigated (instead of overreacting with the ban hammer) and admitted wrong doing it would be the 3rd time in a row (maybe more, I am not sure on how many times these types of rash bannings have occurred and then rescinded??)
And god knows that's not going to happen again, it would ruin all credibility
