Everquest isn't exactly a solo game. By neglecting IP exemptions for months at a time, you're neglecting entire GROUPS of friends/family who, after having a positive initial experience, would be more likely to convice other people to play. People stay longer if they have someone to play with.

1) Spend 5 minutes doing IP exemptions daily
2) Watch population stop nose diving
3) ???
4) Profit

IP exemptions are being completed. There are plans in the works to alleviate this issue for the future.

Amelinda currently does the exemptions. Long ago, I did them, and let me tell you... it is time-consuming. Rogean created an alternate in-game command which helps speed this along.

Anyways, IP exemptions do exist and I am in the process of decreasing the wait time.
