I was in Illuvitae, DDW and Adu. Weren't you a 3-team dwarf? Sure, at this point the devs don't have much to lose and may as well increase exp, or just allow players to make characters that start at level 40 with some basic gear. I didn't really want to see it happen back when I played, but with these dismal numbers there's really no reason not to.
